HOBBIES & HABITS one of Sam's major hobbies is singing and playing guitar, he is really humble about it and just loves singing/musicals and media like that. Sam is also good at dancing,vthough he looks horribly out of place and is very self-conscious about it. a habit of Sam's is that he is always messing with his hair, especially when he is nervous Sam also tends to stutter on certain syllables AMBITIONS: To find the special someone, grow old and be a father get over his fear of heights before he is blind and deaf be a master breeder. IMPORTANT TID-BITS Sam grew up to a single father who was a 'man's man' sort of father. When his son showed more interest in hair products than buidling muscle, he stopped trying to bond. They retain a cordial but disconnected relationship. His mother has never been in his life, and after several failed attempts at contacting her, Sam has become discouraged and refrained from contact. He has no siblings. Sam always felt alone growing up, and the alienation of friends as his interests changed led him to find different friends, ones that didn't care that he was clumsy and athletics were a joke to him. Upon gathering six badges in his home region, Sam's Gallade Gavin experienced severe problems after a failed battle for the seventh badge. Having to face the reality that he could lose his best friend, Sam gave up training and battling, and instead got involved in breeding with a good internship in Viridian while his Gavin healed from the scare. He has not battled since then. When his father decided to go visit other regions, Sam decided he'd travel on his own as well, and go to places in the region he had been before or at least walked through. He wanted to expand his horizons, friends and own paradigm, hoping to find some answers to his own mysteries on the journey. He settles in each town until he feels like he's in a rut or pattern daily, then he leaves for a new adventure to keep learning. Gavin is always next to him, two peas in a pod.
